what to bring to your appointment
IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
It’s very important for you to bring the proper legal identification to your appointment to abide by both our studio’s policies as well as New York State law. The ID requirements change depending on whether you are under the age of 18, and also includes ID requirements for legal guardians.
Unfortunately if you do not have proper identification during your appointment, we will not be able to work on you that day and can result in a forfeited deposit.
Please scroll down to read more about what to bring.
over 18 years old:
Any client over the age of 18 must bring a valid government issued photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport.
In lieu of a government issued ID, we will accept a school ID along with a matching birth certificate.
under 18 years old:
Anyone under the age of 18 must bring a copy of their birth certificate as well as have a legal guardian/parent present.
The legal guardian/parent’s ID must match the name and birthdate on the minor's birth certificate.
If the minor has any form of ID, it is not required, but appreciated, along with their birth certificate.
One guest allowed per appointment please! If you have an appointment for two people, no other guests will be allowed.
If you wear glasses or headphones regularly, it is a great idea to bring them to your appointment! This helps us navigate what piercings would work well, or not well, for you and your lifestyle.
For our farsighted clients, bring your glasses or readers! Our jewelry can be quite small and detailed.
We accept cash, card, and contactless payments.
We have a parking lot behind our building! Head to the left of the building, up the driveway, and the lot is to the right. (Please do not park behind Ritz & Co. or Allstate)
