Studio Policies

Please read through the information below to be up to speed with our policies around piercing, guests, deposits, and more.

Piercings

For optimal healing on any piercing, we suggest avoiding air travel for the first 4-6 weeks of your initial piercing as well as avoiding immersing your piercing in shared bodies of water (lakes, pools, hot tubs, etc.) for the majority of your healing period.

We offer 3-4 piercings maximum in one sitting, we do not want to be healing more than 4 piercings at a time.

We do not offer bilateral cartilage piercings (one on each ear). We stick to one ear at a time for optimal healing and so you have a side to safely sleep on.

Guests

Clients are welcome to bring one guest over the age of 18 with them to their appointment.

We do not allow anyone under the age of 18 in the studio unless they are receiving a service.

If you have an appointment for two or three people, no additional guests please, you will be each other’s guest.

If you have an appointment for someone under the age of 18, the parent/legal guardian will be their one guest.

Bringing Jewelry

We do not work with jewelry from outside of our studio.

If you would like to use jewelry previously purchased from our studio for a new piercing, we ask that you drop it off to us at least a week prior to your appointment. Studio hours are Tuesday - Friday, 10am - 6:30pm, Saturday 11am - 6:30pm (We close 2:30pm - 3pm for lunch)

Please have the jewelry in a sealed ziploc bag or container with your full name on it.

We cannot guarantee that previous posts will be the appropriate size for the new piercings, each post starts at $15.

Any questions, please give us a call!

Deposits & Rescheduling

Our appointment deposit must be paid within 72 hours in order to secure your appointment and is deducted from your total on the appointment day. In the case your service is deemed unnecessary (for example, you do not have the anatomy for a piercing), your deposit will be refunded to you. If you choose not to move forward with a service during your appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule your appointment and provide us with at least 24 hours notice, your deposit can be transferred to your new appointment. Otherwise, all deposits are non-refundable.

We are closed on Sundays and Mondays. If you are looking to cancel an appointment, please send us an email on the days that we are closed.

Identification

For clients over the age of 18, we require a valid government issued photo ID such as driver’s license or passport.

For clients under the age of 18, we require a copy of their birth certificate as well as a legal guardian or parent present. The legal guardian or parent’s government-issued ID must match with one of the parents listed on the birth certificate. In the event the names do not match, additional documentation will be required in order to prove guardianship. If we do not have the required documents, we will be unable to perform any services and will require a new deposit moving forward.
